If you decide it’s not for you, we’ll take the Press back—no questions asked. Just call us to arrange a pick up, and we’ll take it off your hands.
What is your warranty?
Full Two-Year Warranty
Juicero is committed to building the highest quality product and service on the market, and our customers should expect nothing less. We’re proud to demonstrate our confidence in our Press by offering a full two-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If your Press breaks due to a defect covered by this warranty, we’ll repair or replace it at no charge, or give you your money back if we can’t take care of the problem. Here are the details:
What is covered and for how long?
We warrant that the Press will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase (the “Full Warranty”).
What isn’t covered?
Failures due to abuse, misuse (including improper installation), cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, or damage due to power surges or improper electrical supply are not covered by the Full Warranty. Juicero is not responsible for Press malfunctions caused by failure to follow directions in the User Manual.
NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES ARE MADE OR AUTHORIZED WITH RESPECT TO THE PRESS. NOTHING HEREIN SHALL LIMIT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRESS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS FOR HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Is the warranty transferable?
Yes. Should ownership of the Press change, we will honor the Full Warranty for the remainder of the original 2-year warranty period.
What happens if I have a warranty claim?
Contact us at email@example.com. If your claim is covered under the Full Warranty, we will send you a prepaid shipping label (or a carton with prepaid shipping, if your original packaging is not available) to return your Press to us. We will, at our option and expense, repair your Press and return it to you at our expense within a reasonable period of time, or if we cannot repair the problem after two (2) attempts, we will, at your option replace your Press (either with a new or refurbished unit of equal and comparable quality), or if determined that doing either of the foregoing is impractical, we will refund to you the original amount you paid for the Press. If you receive a refurbished unit as a replacement, your warranty will be valid for the remaining duration of the original warranty on the Press it is replacing. The foregoing paragraph states Juicero’s entire liability and your exclusive remedy for any DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP. In no event will Juicero be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Press even if Juicero has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusions may not apply to you.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
Are warranty extensions available?
Unfortunately, warranty extensions are not available at this time.
What is your return policy?
For the Press: you have 30 days to try the Press, risk-free (see our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee). If you decide it’s not for you, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll initiate the return process.
For Packs: we don’t accept returns (it’s tricky to process with perishable goods). But if issues arise, we’ll make it right. Send us an email and tell us what’s going on: email@example.com.
